I love my unit !! After moving here from Silver spring I feel at home. I usually do not write reviews but leasing agent was truly a blessing. Not only did he stay past pm to help me. He followed up with me to ensure nothing else was needed. You just don't get service like that any more. The staff is truly great and I love being minutes away from DC

As a resident of Avondale Overlook Apartments I am very pleased to state that the property manager and his team have excellent management skills. The improvements which have been made are excellent and greatly appreciated. My family and I have been treated with respect and dignity. That alone says a lot about this property.
